Christopher Blackburn
Chris Blackburn is an Associate Attorney for Blackburn and Green in their Fort Wayne office. He obtained a B.A. in Economics from Huntington University in 2005 and worked as an investment advisor for PNC Bank before attending law school.
Chris graduated with honors from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2011, ranking in the top 22% of his class of 350 students.
Chris started his law career in May of 2011, after passing the February, 2011 Indiana Bar Exam. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Indiana Trial Lawyer’s Association. Chris is admitted to practice law before all State Courts of Indiana and the U.S. Northern and Southern District Federal Courts.
In 2012, Christopher was named to The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40, recognizing him as one of the top 40 young trial attorneys in Indiana.
The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 is a professional organization comprised of Americas top young trial attorneys. Membership into this organization is by invitation only and is extended exclusively to those individuals who exemplify superior qualifications, trial results, and leadership as a young lawyer under the age of 40. Selection is based on a thorough multi-phase process which includes peer nominations combined with third party research.
