David A. Neville

David Neville was born in Tampa and attended Jesuit High School. He graduated summa cum laude from St. Leo University with his B.A., and received the “Outstanding Pre-Law Student Award.” David then attended Stetson University College of Law (J.D., cum laude).

David is the survivor of a nearly fatal traffic accident, which motivated him to pursue a career in Injury Law so he could help others, like himself, who have been the victims of the carelessness of others.

David is a member of The Florida Bar, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. In 2015, David was awarded the “Client Distinction Award” by Martindale-Hubbell, was named one of the “Top Lawyers in Florida” by The Legal Network, was named as one of the “Florida Legal Elite” by Florida Trend Magazine and presented with the “10 Best Client Satisfaction Award” by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys.

David has been a motorcycle enthusiast since he was a teenager and is a proud member of the Harley Owners Group – National (Lifetime), as well as the Florida Gulf Coast H.O.G. Chapter. David is also a member of the 1st U.S. Volunteer Cavalry (The Roughriders).
